$29.15/hr to $42.16/hr (includes 10% shift premium) + $2K Sign On Bonus

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
- Read blueprints and perform precision measurements
- Use gauges and inspection tools
- Produce high-quality parts in a team environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, drilling, grinding)
- Setup experience (desired)
- Mechanical/technical experience and willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- We’ll train, if you’re willing to learn
What You Will Learn
- Full-scope CNC machining (lathes, milling, drilling, gear work)
- Setup processes and advanced machining operations
- Use of gauges, tooling, and precision measurement
- Hands-on training across multiple machine types
- Work on real-world applications (government, airport fire trucks, tugboats)
